1. Who can register

This website and training are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Please register using accurate contact information that belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping your event access details private and for contacting us if your registration needs correcting.

2. Your free registration

Registration is for your personal attendance at the scheduled online training. There is no registration charge or commitment to purchase anything. The training is live only; no recording or replay will be available. You are responsible for having an internet connection and a compatible device, and for checking the event time in your own time zone.

3. Event messages and optional text reminders

We use your registration email to provide confirmation, access instructions, reminders, and relevant event updates. Contact us if you want to cancel your registration or stop these messages.

Text reminders require a separate, optional choice on the registration form. Providing your phone number or using this website does not authorize calls or texts. Text consent is not required to register and covers reminders about this training, not general marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, or contact us below. Delivery is subject to your carrier and is not guaranteed.

4. Education, not medical care

The website, videos, and training provide general education. They do not provide an individual diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical advice. Registering, watching, or asking a question does not establish a clinician–patient relationship with Dr. Chris Cormier or BodyChargers.

Discuss decisions about your health with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay care or change treatment because of this training. Examples and experiences are not promises of particular health outcomes. Please avoid sharing private medical information in registration forms or public event discussions.

5. Training materials

Content belongs to BodyChargers or its respective owners. You may watch the training and use any materials expressly made available for download for your own personal, noncommercial learning. Keep any ownership notices intact. Recording, republishing, selling, or distributing the training or materials requires prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

6. Respectful use

Do not impersonate someone, submit fraudulent registrations, send spam, harass participants, or interfere with the website or event. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect participants. If discussion or questions are enabled, share only content you have permission to share and remember that other attendees may see it.

7. Other services

Video playback, webinar access, and calendar features may rely on services such as Wistia, WebinarJam, and your calendar provider. Your use of their services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or the content of external websites.

8. Availability and event changes

Technical issues may interrupt the website, messages, or training. We may need to change, postpone, or cancel the event. Where practicable, we will notify registered attendees by email of material schedule changes. A calendar entry does not automatically update when the schedule changes; check event messages for current details.

9. Limitations and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free website and training are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted access, completeness, or suitability for your particular needs. To that same extent, BodyChargers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights you may have.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and revise the date shown above. Changes apply prospectively. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain your agreement before material changes apply to an existing registration.
