1. Who this policy covers

Body Chargers, LLC (“BodyChargers,” “we,” or “us”) provides this webinar website. This policy covers information handled for this website and its free live training. Other BodyChargers websites, memberships, purchases, or clinical services may have separate notices.

2. Information we collect

• Registration: your first name, email address, phone number, the event you register for, and your optional text-reminder choice.
• Consent records: if you choose text reminders, we record the wording you agreed to, its version, and when you agreed.
• How you found us: campaign tags, the referring website and page, and the page where you arrived. This information accompanies your registration.
• Website and video use: page visits, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions such as registration, video viewing, and calendar-link clicks.
• Support: the information you choose to send when contacting us about the event or your privacy.

Services that deliver this site receive technical request data such as IP addresses, browser information, and request times. The registration form does not request payment information or medical records. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through registration or webinar chat.

3. How we use information

We use registration information to reserve your place, provide access to the training, send event-related emails, respond to questions, and manage your communication preferences. We use source and interaction information to understand attendance and improve the website and training. We also use relevant records to prevent misuse, resolve registration problems, and meet legal obligations.

Registering for this training does not enroll you in unrelated promotional text messages. If you receive optional promotional emails, you can use their unsubscribe instructions or contact us.

4. Optional text reminders

Providing your phone number alone does not authorize texts. Only the separate, optional checkbox requests BodyChargers reminders for this training. Consent is not required to register. Message frequency depends on the event reminder schedule, and message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to stop text reminders or HELP for help. You can also email support@bodychargers.com. We may keep records of consent and opt-outs so we can respect your preferences. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used for operating the reminder service, not shared as a marketing list for other businesses.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This site stores campaign information in your browser tab’s session storage. It normally lasts for that tab’s session. After registration, a first-party cookie remembers that you registered for this event for up to 30 days, allowing the confirmation page to display. That cookie contains an event identifier, not your name, email, or phone number.

You can clear or restrict browser storage in your browser settings. Doing so may remove your access to the confirmation page on this device; it does not cancel your registration or delete information already held by us or our providers. Video and webinar providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies as described below.

6. Providers and information sharing

We use service providers for website hosting, registration processing, event delivery, email or text reminders, and technical support. They receive information needed to provide those services. The services used for this training include the following when their features are available:

• WebinarJam: processes attendee registration and access information and may record attendance, viewing activity, and information you submit within the webinar. See the WebinarJam privacy policy.
• Wistia: hosts embedded videos. Loading a video player may send technical and viewing information to Wistia before playback begins. Wistia may use cookies and similar technologies, depending on player settings. See the Wistia privacy policy.
• Plausible: measures site visits and interactions without analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. It processes technical request data to produce traffic statistics. We do not send registration form names, emails, or phone numbers as analytics event properties. See Plausible’s data policy.

Calendar downloads contain event details, not your registration contact information. Opening a Google Calendar link sends event details to Google and is subject to its own privacy practices. These controls do not give BodyChargers access to your calendar.

We may also disclose information when necessary to meet a legal requirement, protect people or the service, or respond to a lawful request. This webinar site does not sell registration data or use advertising pixels for cross-site ad targeting.

7. Retention, security, and processing locations

We retain information for the time needed to administer the event, handle requests, respect communication preferences, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention can differ by record type and provider; the 30-day browser cookie is not the retention period for registration or consent records.

We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Their data protection rules may differ from those where you live. Contact us for questions about retention or processing locations.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You can contact us to ask about information we hold about you, correct registration details, request deletion, or change communication preferences. Depending on the laws that apply to you and our processing, you may also have rights to receive a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a request decision, or complain to a relevant privacy authority. Exercising an applicable privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

Send requests to support@bodychargers.com using the email address you registered with where possible. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements or preserve an opt-out. Withdrawing consent does not change processing that already occurred lawfully.

9. Adults only

This website and training are intended for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the event or our services change. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide any additional notice or request any consent required by applicable law.
